What authentication do you have?
Each voter has a unique username which is normally a piece of data already know to them, such as a personnel number.
WM Voting Systems the sends a unique password to each potential voter by mail.
If a voter contacts us during an election and explains that they have no voting details we will issue an emergency username and password. Any voter using emergency details will be followed up with sponsoring orgaisation and if they are found to be ineligible their vote will be removed.
