The software is all internet based. The informational pages are in the standard internet html format.
When the voter enters their password and opens the voting software they will have full instructions in how to vote.
The software will allow them to vote for a number of candidates if required. Our error checking system will warn voters if they try to vote for too many or too few candidates.
