How does it work?

The process begins with the gathering of information on each candidate. This information is used to generate webpages to be used for prospective voters to view before deciding who to vote for.

The next stage is that we get information on each eligible voter and we contact them detailing the process involved and giving them all the information they need to vote.

Next comes the election itself. At that time we provide full telephone support for the working day and, if necessary, e-mail support at other times.

Once the election is over we will publish the results on our voting site at a pre-agreed time.

Checks and measures

During the election WM Voting Systems will not divulge any information concerning the election to any party. This ensures the integrity of the process and builds user confidence in the result.

After the election we will retain voting data for a period to answer any queries which a voter may have.
