Voting Procedures.

1. Information on Candidates
   You provide a photo of the Candidate with a short biog/election statement. We convert this information into a series of web pages which are restricted by password.
   
   
2. Information on Voters
   You provide the name and contact details for each eligible voter. We generate a 'one-time use' unique password for each voter and send this direct to individual voters.
   
   
3. Contact Voters
   All the information concerning the election, including 'log-on' details, date of election and election procedures will be sent directly form WM Voting Systems to all potential voters.
   
   
4. Monitor Election
   WM Voting Systems will provide a help line for the duration of the election to ensure that everyone who wishes to vote will have the opportunity.
   
   
5. Publish Results
   Once the election has closed WM Voting Systems will publish the results at a pre-agreed time. This can be immediately on close of election if required.
   
   
6. Maintain Data Securely for Scrutiny
   We will maintain a record of how each person voted. This information will be held in the event of a query by any voter.
